Report SPAM to Spam@DcMetroNet.com Even though near 99% of all SPAM is being blocked, occasionally a few slip through. If you receive SPAM please forwarded a copy if it to Spam@DcMetroNet.com along with the header information. You must be sure to include the header information. Below are example pictures from both Outlook Express and Outlook of where to find the header info. Outlook Express: right click on the email message and pick Properties, or press ALT+ENTER or from the menu pick FILE then Properties. Then pick the Details tab at the top. This will display the header info that is needed. Block all the header info in the window with your mouse then copy it so you can paste it in the body of the email before you forwarded it. Short-cut Keys: CRTL+A will select all CRTL+C will copy CTRL+V will paste Mouse short-cuts: right click, in the menu you can pick select all, copy, paste.
An email ready to send would look something like this. The header info has been pasted in the top part of the body and the original SPAM email is below the header info.
